Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information RetreatXP collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to retreat operators who use our platform, and to the guests who move through it.
RetreatXP runs under each operator’s own brand. When a guest interacts with a retreat’s intake, community or content, they are interacting with RetreatXP’s infrastructure behind the operator’s front end. This policy covers that infrastructure.
1. Information we collect
Account and contact details you or your retreat provide, such as name and email address. Intake responses a guest submits ahead of a retreat. Usage data about how the platform is used, collected to keep it reliable and secure.
2. How we use it
To operate the intake, community and content features a retreat has enabled. To communicate with guests before, during and after a retreat, on the retreat’s behalf. To improve the reliability and security of the platform. We do not sell personal information.
3. How it’s shared
A guest’s information is visible to the retreat they booked with, and to service providers who help us run the platform under confidentiality obligations. Each retreat operates as its own tenant: information does not move between retreats unless a guest asks for it.
4. Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to us. If you no longer want to hear from a retreat between visits, you can opt out of that communication without affecting your booking.
5. Analytics on this website
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how this website is used. It tells us which pages are visited, and where visitors arrived from. Plausible processes that on our behalf. It sets no cookies, does not identify individual visitors, and does not follow anyone across other websites; we see counts, not people. There is no advertising and no profiling on this site.
